To identify the rights in rem.

Lectures.-

Introduction to rights in rem: characteristics, types, structure.

5 hours

Students must do two written exams (at the end of each semester) that consist in solving a practical case. They must also complete a portfolio.

-The grade is between 1 and 10, passing who obtains five points at least

-The grade is obtained by the mark of the written exams (40 % of the grade), the mark of the portfolio (40 % of the grade) and the class participation (20 % of the grade). The portfolio consists of two parts: a compulsory one, where the student must include the conceptual maps requested by the teacher, as well as the cases that have been solved in the classroom.

The optional part, where he/she may include whatever materials they consider interesting or important to study and to work the different topics.
