5 ECTS by the Vaasa, Finland, and the Zaragoza Universities, Spain, as well as by the Polytechic of Beja, Portugal. Competences to be developed by this c.u.: 1. Awareness and knowledge of the fundamentals of the various regulations concerning Electronic Commerce at the International, European and Internal levels, namely the General Regulatory Framewok, including Data Protection and Self-regulation Schemes, the Regulation of Informational, also regarding Intellectual Property and Electronic Communications, the Regulation of Electronic Contracting, with a special attention to Consumers and the issues raised by the eventual Conflicts of Laws. This Course will also deal with the Regulations of Finland, Portugal and Spain as resulted from the transposition of the relevant EC Directives, with a due regard to Taxation; 2. Expertise regarding the technics of Compartive Law; 3.
